摘要
电动车成为未来汽车发展的主攻方向,人们对电动车高压安全的关注日益凸显。借助电动车试验数据链路,结合常见高压上电故障失效类型,以电动车高压上电时序及对应CAN总线数据流为基础,建立电动车高压上电故障诊断与监测方法。结果表明,该数据驱动方法能够快速、有效地对高压上电故障导致原因进行诊断并对故障状态进行实时在线监测,为量化分析高压上电故障分析提供了依据。
Electric vehicle has become the main direction of the future automobile development trend,and people's attention to the high voltage safety of electric vehicles has become increasingly prominent.With the help of data link for electric test vehicles,this paper combines common types of high-voltage power-on faults,a diagnosis and monitoring method for high-voltage power-on faults based on the high voltage power-on sequence and CAN data flow of electric vehicle.Results show that the method can diagnose the high-voltage power-on fault quickly and effectively and monitor the fault online in real time,which provides a basis for quantitative analysis of high-voltage power-on fault.
