摘要
人类在利用海洋、开发海洋的过程中,不可避免地对海洋生态环境造成了不同程度的损害,其中既包括对海洋生物及相关的海洋渔业资源的减损与破坏,还包括对非生物的海水成分、海流形态、海底矿藏、岛礁分布、海域空间等静态环境的影响。而人类的过度开发导致的全球气候变化、海平面上升并引发陆海环境变迁,对海洋环境的破坏更是剧烈而广泛的。
Throughout the course of utilizing and advancing the ocean,humans have unavoidably inflicted varying degrees of harm upon the marine ecosystems and habitats.This damage encompasses the deterioration and devastation of marine organisms and associated fishery resources,as well as the impact on nonliving factors such as seawater composition,current patterns,seabed mineral deposits,island and reef distribution,sea space,and other static environments.
