摘要
针对常规堵剂在高温下存在封堵强度降低、稳定性差等问题,以W油藏为研究对象,开发了一种在高温环境下能自发固化形成具有较高的强度和稳定性的三维网状结构的酚醛树脂体系,能完全满足油藏的封堵要求。试验结果表明,该体系常温条件下为液态,在高温下开始固化,并随着温度的升高,固化速率逐渐加快,在120℃下固化时间为3.5~6 h,固化后抗压强度为3.0~4.8 MPa,且具有较好的耐盐性和长期稳定性,120℃下恒温老化180 d后强度仍较稳定,该研究可为提高油藏注水开发效果提供技术支撑。
Aming at the problems of reduced plugging strength and poor stability of conventional plugging agents at high temperatures,and taking W oil reservoir as the research object,a phenolic resin system that can spontaneously solidify and form a three-dimensional network structure with high strength and stability in a high-temperature environment is developed.It can fully meet the sealing requirements of the oil reservoirs.The experimental results show that the system is liquid at room temperature and begins to solidify at high temperatures.As the temperature increases,the curing rate gradually accelerates.The curing time at 120℃is 3.5-6 h,and the compressive strength after curing is 3.0-4.8 MPa.The system has good salt resistance and long-term stability,and the strength remained stable for 180 d under constant temperature aging at 120℃.This study can provide technical support for improving the effectiveness of reservoir water injection development.
