摘要
粮食生产事关国计民生,提高粮食生产效率,实现粮食安全,是促进新发展格局形成的重要保障。选取2020年全国31个省份(未包括港澳台地区)以及山西省11个市的相关数据,构建了一套粮食生产效率的指标体系,运用三阶段DEA模型对样本进行实证分析。结果显示:城市化水平能够改善粮食生产效率,地区受教育水平和农业结构是粮食生产效率的不利因素;在剔除环境因素和随机噪声的影响后,与全国其他省份相比,山西省粮食生产效率较低;从山西各地级市的情况看,粮食生产效率呈现出区域异质性的特点,晋南地区效率高,晋东南地区效率低。基于此,山西省各市不仅要根据存在的共性问题进行改进,还应根据所处类型的不同有侧重地提高管理水平或扩大粮食生产规模。
Grain production is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Improving grain production eficiency and realizing grain security is an important guarantee for promoting the formation of the new development pattern.The relevant data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities,not including Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan regions)and 11 cities in Shanxi province in 2020 was selected in this thesis,and an index system of grain production efficiency was constructed.The three-stage DEA model was adopted to empirically carry out the analysis on the samples.Accordling to the research results,it indicated that the level of urbanization can improve grain production efficiency.What'smore,it was found that the regional eclucation level and agricultural structure are the adverse factors ofgrain production efficiency.In contrast with other provinces in China,the grain production efficiency of Shanxi province is relatively low affer excludling the influence of environmental factors and random noise.According to the situation of Shanxi's cities,the characteristics of regional heterogeneity are presented forthe grain production efficiency.The efficiency of southern Shanxi is high,and that of southeastern Shanxiis low.Based on this,cities in Shanxi province should improve grain production efficiency in line with theexisting common problems,the enhancement of the management level or the expansion of the scale ofgrain production should be conducted accordling to the different types.
