摘要
本文主要阐述了LFV3型低频可控震源的研发历程。首先对其前期试验型号KZ-28LF型低频可控震源及试验效果进行了简要介绍。在该型号可控震源的基础上进行了LFV3低频可控震源的研发,改进了试验型号的缺点,实现了以工业计算机(Plus One)控制液压合流系统、合理优化了振动器及平板的隔震结构、降低了振动器扰动、满足3Hz低频极限频率下系统最大流量的要求等技术创新,使LFV3型低频可控震源在技术参数与性能上超过国外其他同类商业化产品。最后对LFV3型低频可控震源的试验与工业应用进行了简要介绍。
This paper mainly describes the development process of LFV3low-frequency vibrator.First,the preliminary test model KZ-28LF low-frequency vibrator and its test results are briefly introduced.Based on this type of vibrator,the research and development of LFV3low-frequency vibrator has been carried out,the shortcomings of the test model have been improved,the hydraulic confluence system controlled by the industrial computer(Plus One)has been realized,the vibration isolation structure of the vibrator and the flat plate has been reasonably optimized,the vibration of the vibrator has been reduced,and the requirements for the maximum flow of the system under the 3Hz low-frequency limit frequency have been met.The LFV3low-frequency vibrator is superior to other similar commercial products abroad in terms of technical parameters and performance.Finally,the test and industrial application of LFV3low-frequency vibrator are briefly introduced.
