摘要
为解决隧道盾构地表沉降难题,对盾构机施工过程进行监测,以此获取相关沉降规律。研究表明,施工过程中,盾构隧道施工对前方3D-5D范围内土体有扰动影响;盾构机盾尾在作业短时间内,地表沉降迅速增大之后趋于平缓增长趋势。盾构机盾尾在工作短时间内可作为沉降和固结分界线,该线之前为地层损失,之后主为固结沉降。在实际工程中,可通过公式对地层沉降规律进行预测,其预测值在一定范围内。地层损失率和沉降槽宽度随着盾构机的施工持续变大,固结沉降的宽度也随着土体的固结而持续变大。地层沉降损失率VL的取值范围约为0.22-0.68,平均值为0.49;沉降槽宽度系数的取值范围约为0.25-0.41,平均值为0.33。本工程所得参数可适用于相似工程地表沉降的预测。
In order to solve the problem of surface subsidence of tunnel shield,the construction process of shield machine is monitored to obtain the relevant subsidence rules.The study shows that during the construction process,the shield tunnel construction disturbs the soil in the front 3D-5D range.The tail of the shield machine can be used as the boundary between settlement and consolidation in a short period of work.The line is mainly formation loss before and then consolidation settlement.In practical engineering,the formation settlement law can be predicted by the formula,and the predicted value is within a certain range.The formation loss rate and the width of settlement tank continue to increase with the construction of shield machine,and the width of consolidation settlement continues to increase with the consolidation of soil.The range of settlement loss rate VL is about 0.22-0.68,the average value is 0.49;the range of settlement channel width coefficient is about 0.25-0.41 and the average value is 0.33.The parameters obtained in this project can be applicable to the prediction of surface settlement of similar projects.
