单分子测序技术简介及在法医领域中的应用研究进展

摘要 随着测序技术的飞速发展,目前已经在多个领域得到应用。单分子测序技术是通过实时动态监测核苷酸序列变化在分子水平进行测序分析,其优点为相关试验的开展提供更多的选择和帮助。本文主要简述概括了单分子测序技术及其优缺点,并对单分子测序技术在法医领域中DNA、RNA检测的应用研究进展进行综述。 With the rapid development of sequencing technology,it has been applied in many fields.Single molecule sequencing technology is a real-time and dynamic monitoring of nucleotide sequence changes at the molecular level for sequencing analysis.Its advantages provide more options and assistance for conducting related experiments.This article briefly summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of single molecule sequencing technology,and analyzes the application of single molecule sequencing technology in DNA and RNA detection in the forensic medicine.
