摘要
产品质量已成为企业之间竞争的核心要素,但白酒企业检验室落后的质量管理水平将制约产品质量的发展,严重影响企业的经济效益。本文针对白酒企业检验室质量管理过程存在的员工质量意识薄弱、仪器设备疏于养护、作业指导书内容不全面以及激励机制缺乏合理性4个问题,提出了针对性的优化对策,旨在提升白酒产品质量。
Product quality has become the core element of competition between enterprises,but the backward quality management level of Baijiu enterprise inspection room will restrict the development of product quality and seriously affect the economic benefits of enterprises.According to the following four problems existing in the quality management process of the inspection room of Baijiu enterprises:weak quality awareness of employees,careless maintenance of instruments and equipment,incomplete content of operation instructions and lack of rationality of incentive mechanism,this paper puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures to improve the quality of Baijiu products.
