摘要
目的 探讨窄谱紫外线照射联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及对患者自身免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2019年2月至2022年6月商丘市中医院收治的寻常型银屑病60例患者,将应用窄谱紫外线照射治疗的30例作为对照组,将加用阿维A胶囊治疗的30例作为观察组,比较两组疗效、银屑病严重程度指数(PASI)和皮损面积评分、T淋巴细胞亚群水平与不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);对照组治疗前PASI评分为(12.50±3.21)分,治疗后PASI评分为(6.85±1.28)分,观察组治疗前PASI评分为(12.35±3.18)分,治疗后PASI评分为(3.92±1.05)分。观察组治疗后PASI评分低于对照组(t=9.694,P<0.05);治疗后两组CD4^(+)分别为(43.27±2.58)%、(41.18±2.73)%,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)分别为(1.72±0.07)、(1.46±0.09),观察组均高于对照组,CD8^(+)分别为(25.12±2.32)%、(28.18±1.95)%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 窄谱紫外线照射联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效确切,可使患者的自我免疫功能得到增强,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of narrow-spectrum ultraviolet irradiation combined with abil A capsule on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and the effect on the autoimmune function of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with narrow spectrum ultraviolet irradiation,and the observation group was treated with Acitretin capsule.The therapeutic effect,PASI score,T lymphocyte subsets and adverse reactions of psoriasis between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The PASI score of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+) in observation group and control group were(43.27±2.58) % and(41.18±2.73) %,and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) were(1.72±0.07) and(1.46±0.09),respectively,which were higher than that of control group.CD8^(+) were(25.12±2.32) % and(28.18±1.95) %,respectively,lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Narrow-spectrum ultraviolet irradiation combined with Acitretin capsules is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and can enhance the autoimmune function of patients with high safety.
