发射箱结构动力学分析与装夹方式设计

摘要 发射箱在机械加工过程中受到不同频率的激励,致使结构产生机械振动,影响加工质量。为研制发射箱柔性打磨装备,文中针对某型号复合材料发射箱进行动力学分析及装夹方式设计。通过有限元法建立发射箱动力学模型,计算得到部件固有特性,并通过模态试验修正有限元模型参数。研究不同工装方式对发射箱结构刚度的影响,通过数值计算模拟工况激励下发射箱工装系统的动力学响应,为提升柔性打磨装备性能、提高加工精度提供保障。 The launch box is excited at different frequencies during the machining process,and thus its structure suffers from mechanical vibration,which affects the machining quality.In this article,in order to develop the flexible grinding equipment,the launch box with composite materials is subject to dynamic analysis and clamping design.The dynamic model of the launch box is set up by means of the finite-element method,and the inherent characteristics of its components are calculated.The parameters of the finite-element model are modified by the modal test.Efforts are made to explore the effects of different toling methods on the launch box's structural stiffness,and the dynamic response of the launch box's tooling system under the excitation of working conditions is simulated with the help of numerical calculation.It provides guarantee for improving both performance of flexible grinding equipment and accuracy in machining.
