摘要
中华民族共同体建设是新时代一项系统而庞大的工程。中华民族共同体建设基于“大一统”的统一政治逻辑基础、从“自在”到“自觉”的历史逻辑基础、共建共拓的共生空间逻辑基础,以及现代国家宪法法治逻辑基础,奠定了中华民族稳定的政治共同体、文化共同体、利益共同体及法治共同体,共同指向最高层次的中华民族共同体建设。审视和聚焦中华民族共同体的政治实体、认同意识和利益凝聚的意义属性和价值诠释,以政治建设为统领、经济发展为物质基础、法治保障为合法支撑、文化教育为涵化起点和社会治理为协调指引,共同推进中华民族共同体总体布局和全面建设。
The construction of the Chinese nation community is a systematic and great project in the new era.The logic of the construction of the Chinese national community is based on the historical and realistic generation conditions.It is active in the uni-fied political logic foundation of"great unification",the historical logic foundation from"freedom"to"consciousness",the symbiot-ic space logic foundation of co construction and co expansion,and the logic foundation of the constitutional legal system of modern countries,which have laid a stable political community,cultural community The community of interests and the community of legal system,which jointly point to the construction of the Chinese national community at the highest level.Examining and focusing on the meaning attribute and value interpretation of the political entity of the Chinese nation community,identity consciousness and Convergence of interests,we will work together to advance the overall layout and all-round development of the Chinese nation com-munity with political development as the commander-in-chief,economic development as the material basis,legal guarantee as the legal support,culture and education as the starting point of inclusion,and social governance as coordination.
