摘要
以中国沪深交易所A股主板上市公司数据为样本,分析CSR信息披露与企业绩效之间的影响关系,以及绿色创新在CSR信息披露与企业绩效之间影响关系的传导机制。实证结果表明:企业进行CSR信息披露有助于提升企业绩效,绿色创新在CSR信息披露对企业绩效的正向效应中起中介作用。
The paper analyzes the relationship between CSR information disclosure and corporate performance,as well as the transmission mechanism of green innovation in the relationship between CSR information disclosure and corporate performance,based on the data of A-share companies listed on the main board of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.The empirical results show that CSR information disclosure can help improve corporate performance,and green innovation plays an intermediary role in the positive effect of CSR information disclosure on corporate performance.
