摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱结合同位素氘代内标校正测定液态奶中雌酮和17β-雌二醇的检测方法。样品经过乙腈沉淀蛋白并提取雌激素,EMR-Lipid固相萃取小柱净化后,采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 RRHD色谱柱(2.1×100 mm,1.8μm)分离,以MRM扫描模式检测。在0.1~100 ng/mL范围内,标准曲线呈现良好的线性,相关系数(R2)大于0.995,加标回收率在93.78%~118.67%(n=6)。结果表明,该方法简单、高效、灵敏。
A method was developed for the determination of estrone and 17β-estradiol in liquid milk by isotope deuterium internal standard calibration combined with UPLC-MS-MS.After the precipitation of protein and the extraction of estrogen by acetonitrile,the sample was purified by the EMR-Lipid solid phase extraction column,separated by Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 RRHD column(2.1×100 mm,1.8μm),and tested in the MRM mode.In the range of 0.1-100 ng/mL,the standard curve presented a good linearity and the R2 was greater than 0.995,the recovery was between 93.78%and 118.67%(n=6).The results show that the method is simple,efficient and sensitive.
