摘要
合理测算奶牛养殖成本效率,准确把握实际成本的可下降空间,对于促进河北省奶牛养殖降本增效具有重要理论意义和实践意义。本文在分析河北省奶牛养殖现状及成本变化趋势基础上,测算了奶牛养殖成本效率,并将其进一步分解为配置效率、纯技术效率和规模效率。研究结果表明:占据养殖成本主导地位的饲料成本增长幅度最大,奶牛养殖成本效率均值仅为0.552。与均值分别为0.936和0.960的纯技术效率和规模效率相比较,配置效率较低,均值仅为0.614,成为导致河北省奶牛养殖成本效率低的根本原因,且近一半的牛场尚未达到最优规模状态。
Reasonable calculation of the cost efficiency of dairy farming and accurate grasp of the actual cost reduction space have important theoretical and practical significance for dairy farming to reduce costs and increase profit in Hebei province.Based on the analysis of the current situation of dairy farming and the trend of breeding cost changes,this paper calculates the cost efficiency of the dairy farms and further decomposes it into allocation efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The results show that the cost of feed,which dominates the cost of farming,has grown the most.The average value of cost efficiency is just 0.552.Compared with the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,which has average value of 0.936 and 0.960 respectively,the low allocation efficiency with the average value of 0.614 is the main reason for the low cost efficiency of dairy farming.Furthermore,there are still nearly half of the dairy farms that have not yet reached the optimal scale.
