Experimental Research on Beneficiation of Graphite from Qimajia Graphite Deposit in Heilongjiang

摘要 以黑龙江省萝北县七马架石墨矿原矿为研究对象,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行磨矿细度、捕收剂煤油用量、起泡剂2号油用量及再磨细度条件试验。在最佳条件试验基础上,进行开路试验和闭路试验。原矿固定碳含量(质量分数)为8.36%,经过“1次粗选、2次扫选、7次精选、精矿阶磨阶选、中矿再磨再选”的闭路浮选流程,最终精矿固定碳品位为87.60%,回收率为89.52%。本研究可为同类型矿床选矿提供依据和参考。 Based on property analyses of fine flake graphite ore from Qimajia graphite deposit in Heilongjiang,the condition tests were carried out to determine the optimal conditions including grinding fineness,the dosage of collector kerosene,the dosage of foaming agent 2#oil and regrinding fineness.On the basis of the determined condition tests,the open-circuit test and the closed-circuit test were carried out.The fixed carbon content of nature graphite ore was 8.36%,under the flotation process of“one time of roughing,two times of scavenging,six times of regrinding,seven times of cleaning,staged-grinding and staged floatation of concentrate,regrinding and reprocessing of middling”,the fixed carbon content of the concentrate was 87.60%,and the recovery was 89.52%.This research can provide a basis and reference for beneficiation of the same type of ore deposits.
