摘要
目的针对西甲硅油应用于儿童肠镜检查前肠道准备的可行性及可靠性进行研究。方法选取2019—2021年泉州市儿童医院接诊的200例需要进行肠镜检查的患儿作为研究对象,基于患儿肠镜检查之前是否口服西甲硅油分为西甲硅油组及常规组,每组100例,对患儿检查肠道过程中肠内气泡情况、肠内清洁情况、检查后腹胀情况进行对比。结果西甲硅油组的肠道气泡情况Ⅰ级(93.00%)、Ⅱ级(4.00%)、Ⅲ级(3.00%)和Ⅳ级(0.00%)明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(Z=7.352,P<0.05)。西甲硅油组肠内清洁度Ⅰ级(95.00%)、Ⅱ级(4.00%)和Ⅲ级(1.00%)优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(Z=7.418,P<0.05)。西甲硅油组肠镜检查后腹胀情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患儿进行肠道检查前服用西甲硅油可以使检查过程肠道气泡产生率明显降低,并且有效防止术后出现腹胀,获得良好的操作效果。
Objective The feasibility and reliability of the application of simethicone to intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in children were studied.Methods A total of two hundred children who needed colonoscopy received in Quanzhou Children's Hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the study objects.Based on whether the children took orally simethicone before colonoscopy,they were divided into the simethicone group and the conventional group,with one hundred persons in each group.The intestinal bubbles,intestinal cleanliness,and abdominal distension after examination between the two groups of children were compared.Results The intestinal bubbles of the simethicone group in grade I(93.00%),grade II(4.00%),grade III(3.00%),gradeⅣ(0.00%)were significantly better than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=7.352,P<0.05).The intestinal cleanliness of the simethicone group in grades I(95.00%),II(4.00%),and III(1.00%)were sbetter than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=7.418,P<0.05).After colonoscopy,the abdominal distension in the simethicone group was better than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking simethicone before the children's colonoscopy can significantly reduce the incidence of intestinal bubbles during the examination,and effectively prevent postoperative abdominal distension,thus achieving good operation results.
