摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识既是新时代新征程民族工作的题中之意,也是新时代新征程全面依法治国的应有之义。本文顺应新时代新征程做好民族工作的要求,立足于全面依法治国的伟大实践,从法治主义维度对铸牢中华民族共同体意识进行解读,揭示其所蕴含的法理意蕴。中华民族共同体意识是国家统一、民族团结、文化认同、共享发展、良法善治的思想基础和精神要件,在新时代新征程上的民族工作应该以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,从维护国家统一、促进民族团结、增进文化认同、实现发展共享、推进良法善治等方面综合发力。
Strengthening the sense of the Chinese nation community is not only the content of the national work but also the due meaning of comprehensively governing the country by law in the new journey of the new era.In accordance with the requirements of doing national work in the new journey of the new era,based on the great practice of comprehensively governing the country by law,this paper interprets the sense of the Chinese nation community from the dimension of the rule of law,and reveals the legal implication contained in it.The sense of the Chinese nation community is the ideological basis and spiritual elements for national unity,ethnic unity,cultural identity,sharing development,good law and good governance,so ethnic work in the new journey of the new era should focus on strengthening the sense of the Chinese nation community,and make comprehensive efforts in safeguarding national unity,promoting ethnic unity,enhancing cultural identity,realizing development and sharing,and promoting good law and good governance.
