摘要 乳腺癌居女性恶性肿瘤发病率的首位且死亡率排名第5。乳腺癌新辅助化疗预后的影响因素复杂,是近年来研究的热点。动态对比增强MRI、DWI及衍生技术、MRS等功能成像可从血流动力学及功能代谢方面预测乳腺癌新辅助化疗预后且具有良好的效能。将对fMRI在乳腺癌新辅助化疗预后预测方面的研究进展、应用前景进行综述,从而为相关研究提供参考。
