摘要
目的 探讨哮喘患儿血清硫化氢(H_(2)S)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)水平及其与疾病进展的关系。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年1月于该院诊治的110例哮喘患儿(观察组)及行健康体检的50例健康儿童(对照组)的临床资料。按照哮喘分期将观察组患儿分为急性发作期(68例)、缓解期(42例),按照疾病严重程度将其分为间歇组(39例)、轻度组(32例)、中度组(21例)和重度组(18例)。比较观察组与对照组血清H_(2)S、IgE、PTX3水平差异,分析血清H_(2)S、IgE、PTX3在不同哮喘分期及不同严重程度中的表达水平及与疾病进展的关系。结果 观察组患儿血清H_(2)S水平低于对照组(P<0.05),血清IgE、PTX3水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。急性发作期患儿血清H_(2)S水平低于缓解期(P<0.05),血清IgE、PTX3水平高于缓解期(P<0.05)。间歇组患儿血清H_(2)S水平高于轻度组,血清IgE、PTX3水平低于轻度组,轻度组患儿血清H_(2)S水平高于中度组,血清IgE、PTX3水平低于中度组,中度组患儿血清H_(2)S水平高于重度组,血清IgE、PTX3水平低于重度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析结果显示,血清H_(2)S、IgE、PTX3水平对哮喘有较高的诊断价值,且联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)高于各项指标单独检测(P<0.05)。结论 血清H_(2)S、IgE、PTX3水平与哮喘患儿的疾病进展和病情严重程度有关,并且对哮喘患儿有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S),immunoglobulin E(IGE)and pentraxin 3(PTX3)in children with asthma and their relationship with disease progression.Methods The clinical data of 110 children with asthma(observation group)and 50 healthy children(control group)who underwent physical examination in this hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the stage of asthma,children in the observation group were divided into acute attack stage(n=68)and remission stage(n=42).Meanwhile,according to the severity of the disease,they were divided into intermittent group(n=39),mild group(n=32),moderate group(n=21)and severe group(n=18).The differences of serum H_(2)S,IgE and PTX3 levels between the observation group and the control group were compared,and the expression levels of serum H_(2)S,IgE and PTX3 in different stages and severity of asthma and their relationship with disease progression were analyzed.Results Serum H_(2)S level in observation group was lower than those in control group(P<0.05),serum IgE and PTX3 levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum H_(2)S level in acute attack stage was lower than that in remission stage(P<0.05),serum IgE and PTX3 levels were higher than that in remission stage(P<0.05).Serum H_(2)S level in intermittent group was higher than that in mild group,serum IgE and PTX3 levels were lower than those in mild group,serum H_(2)S level in mild group was higher than that in moderate group,serum IgE and PTX3 levels were lower than those in moderate group,serum H_(2)S level in moderate group was higher than that in severe group,serum IgE and PTX3 levels were lower than those in severe group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that serum H_(2)S,IgE and PTX3 levels had high diagnostic value for asthma,and the area under the curve(AUC)of combined detection was higher than that of individual detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum H_(2)S,IgE and PTX3 levels are related to disease progression and severity in children with asthma,and have high diagnostic value for children with asthma.
