Bi^(3+),Eu^(3+)掺杂的KMP_(2)O_(7)(M=Al,Ga)荧光粉的制备和发光性能研究

摘要 利用高温固相法合成KMP_(2)O_(7):Bi^(3+),KMP_(2)O_(7):Eu^(3+),KMP_(2)O_(7):Bi^(3+),Eu^(3+)(M=Al,Ga)系列荧光粉,并通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱等测试方法对荧光粉的结构和发光性能进行表征。XRD结果表明成功合成了纯相的KMP_(2)O_(7)粉体,少量Bi^(3+)和Eu^(3+)的掺杂并未引起晶格结构的明显变化。Bi^(3+)掺杂荧光粉的发射峰主要在紫外区域;Eu^(3+)掺杂的荧光粉具有优良的红光发射性能;并且Bi^(3+)可以作为敏化剂对KMP_(2)O_(7):Eu^(3+)的发光性能进行调制。 KMP_(2)O_(7):Bi^(3+),KMP_(2)O_(7):Eu^(3+)and KMP_(2)O_(7):Bi^(3+),Eu^(3+)(M=Al,Ga)phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid phase method,and the crystal structure and luminescence properties of the phosphors were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and fluorescence spectrometer.It was shown that pure KMP_(2)O_(7)powders were synthesized successfully,and a small amount of Bi^(3+)and Eu^(3+)did not cause obvious changes in the lattice structure.The emission peaks of Bi^(3+)-doped phosphors were located in the ultraviolet region.Eu^(3+)-doped phosphors exhibited excellent red emissions.Bi^(3+)can be used as the sensitizer to modulate the luminescence properties of KMP_(2)O_(7):Eu^(3+).
