林药间作模式下白及光合生理特性 被引量:5

Photosynthesis and Physiological Characteristics of Bletilla striata under Intercropping of Forest and Drug

摘要 研究薄壳山核桃与白及间作对白及叶片光合生理特性的影响,利用12年生薄壳山核桃与2年生白及间作将栽培区域分为复合栽培区(冠下、冠缘、冠外)和单作栽培区,研究不同生境下白及的光合参数、叶绿素质量分数、叶绿素荧光指标及抗氧化酶活性。光合及叶绿素荧光参数测定结果表明,薄壳山核桃-白及复合栽培区内冠下(树冠垂直投影圆半径的1/2附近,离树干2.50 m±0.50 m)、冠缘(树冠垂直投影圆附近,离树干5.00 m±0.50 m)、冠外(树冠垂直投影圆外侧1.50 m,离树干7.00 m±0.50 m)3种复合生境下白及叶绿素质量分数、净光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G_(s))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))、PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(F_(v)/F_(m))、PSⅡ潜在活性(F_(v)/F0)均高于单作生境(T_(0)),其中冠缘(T_(2))生境最大;抗氧化酶活性测定结果表明,不同生境间,单作白及(T_(0))生境的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最低,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)质量分数最高。研究结果表明,单作生境白及受氧化胁迫程度较重,而复合系统生境有利于缓解氧化胁迫。综上所述,4种生境T_(2)生境下叶片光合特性较高,表现出较好的光合能力,白及叶片生理生化特性间作优于单作,复合栽培区种植白及为宜。 We aimed to study the effects of intercropping of Caray illinoensis and Bletilla striata on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of leaves,and to provide basis for the compound management of Carya pecans and Baihe.The cultivation area was divided into compound cultivation area(under crown,crown margin and outside crown)and monocultural cultivation area by using 12-a thin-shelled walnut and 2-a white and intercropping,and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of B.striata in different habitats were observed.Chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),stomatal conductance(G_(s)),transpiration rate(T_(r)),maximum photochemical quantum yield of PSII(F_(v)/F_(m))and potential activity of PSII(F_(v)/F 0)were higher in the complex system than in the monoculture habitat,and the highest in the T_(2) habitat.The results showed that SOD activity in T_(0) habitat was the lowest,CAT activity and MDA content were the highest among different habitats.The results showed that monoculture habitat was more vulnerable to oxidative stress,while compound system habitat was beneficial to alleviate oxidative stress.Intercropping is better than monoculture in physiological and biochemical characteristics of leaves.The four habitats showed higher photosynthetic characteristics and better photosynthetic capacity under T_(2).
