摘要
城市化进程和教育资源均等化要求中心城区中小学建筑采用立体式空间来解决绿地及活动场地不足的难题,立体式空间的利用导致排水及防水问题突显。文章介绍了某小学立体式空间设计思路,提出了一种实用新型防雨水渗漏结构,能有效解决平接变形缝渗漏问题。采用结构分离、模块化等方式,有效处理好建筑的防排水问题能保证立体式空间设计建筑在其生命周期中的可维护性,保证其使用功能得以更好地实现,可供同类项目参考借鉴。
The process of urbanization and the equalization of educational resources require that middle and primary school buildings in the central urban area adopt three-dimensional space to solve the problem of insufficient green space and activity venues.The use of three-dimensional space leads to prominent drainage and waterproof problems.The three-dimensional space design of a primary school is introduced.A new practical waterproof structure is proposed,which can effectively solve the leakage problem of the flat deformation joint.By adopting structural separation,modularization and other methods,effectively handling the waterproof and drainage problems of buildings can ensure the maintainability of three-dimensional space design buildings in their life cycle,and ensure that their use functions can be better realized,which can be used for reference by similar projects.
