益生菌对肉鸡生长性能影响的Meta分析 被引量:4

摘要 文章旨在研究益生菌对肉鸡生长性能和肠道健康的影响。通过检索多个数据库及相关资源,从建库至2022年12月期间发表的相关的随机对照试验,利用Meta分析统计学的方法将相关研究结果进行合并分析处理。最终从2922篇文献中筛选出14篇文献,共3858只鸡纳入Meta分析。Meta分析的结果显示:在统计学上,饲料中添加益生菌可以显著降低肉鸡的料重比和日采食量,提高日增重(P<0.05);根据益生菌属进行亚组分析,不同类型益生菌对肉鸡料重比的影响效果不一致,饲料中添加乳酸菌的效果最佳。在肠道健康方面,饲料中添加益生菌显著提高鸡十二指肠[SMD=1.35,95%CI(0.13,2.58)(P<0.05)]和回肠[SMD=2.52,95%CI(1.29,3.74)(P<0.05)]的绒隐比,对空肠无显著影响[SMD=0.03,95%CI(-0.06,0.12)(P<0.05)]。敏感性分析结果均较为稳健,发表偏倚结果显示益生菌的添加对于日增重(P=0.012,P<0.05)和空肠的影响(P=0.035,P<0.05)存在发表偏倚,其余指标都不存在发表偏倚。文章首次利用Meta分析从统计层面上说明在饲料中添加益生菌可以提升肉鸡生产性能及改善肠道健康,可以为之后益生菌在肉鸡中的使用及肉鸡生产提供借鉴。 This paper aims to study the effect of probiotics on growth performance and intestinal health of broiler chickens.By searching multiple databases and related resources,relevant randomized controlled trials published from the establishment of the library to December 2022 were pooled and analyzed using meta-analysis statistical methods.Finally,fourteen articles were screened from 2922 articles,and a to⁃tal of 3858 chickens were included in the meta-analysis.The results of meta-analysis showed that sta⁃tistically,the addition of probiotics to feed could significantly reduce the feed weight ratio and daily feed intake of broiler chickens,and increase daily weight gain(P<0.05).According to the subgroup analysis of probiotics,the effect of different types of probiotics on the weight ratio of broiler feed was inconsistent,and the effect of adding lactic acid bacteria to feed was the best.In terms of intestinal health,the addition of probiotics to feed significantly im⁃proved the chorion-hidden ratio of chicken duode⁃nal[SMD=1.35,95%CI(0.13,2.58)(P<0.05)]and ileum[SMD=2.52,95%CI(1.29,3.74)(P<0.05)],and had no significant effect on jejunum[SMD=0.03,95%CI(-0.06,0.12)(P<0.05)].The results of sensitivity analysis were robust,and the publication bias results showed that there was publication bi⁃as in the effect of probiotic addition on jejunum(P=0.035,P<0.05),and there was no publication bias for the other indicators.This paper uses meta-analysis for the first time to statistically show that adding probiotics to feed can improve broiler production performance and improve intestinal health,which can provide reference for the use of probiotics in broiler chickens and broiler production.
