摘要
通过大、小单体标准溶液表征,建立了基于液相色谱的减水剂成分定量分析方法,测定了减水剂中异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚等大单体和糖稀、蔗糖、葡萄糖酸钠等小单体的浓度,提出了测定减水剂含固量的新方法,为糖类添加剂的用量上限确定及糖类添加剂对混凝土强度和耐久性影响研究提供了必要的数据支撑。
A liquid chromatography-based method for the quantitative analysis of water reducing agent components was established through the characterization of standard solutions of large and small monomers,and the concentrations of large monomers such as HPEG and TPEG and small monomers such as saccharose,sucrose and sodium gluconate in water reducing agents were determined.A new method for determining the solids content of water reducing agents is proposed,which provides the necessary data support for the determination of the upper limit of the amount of sugar additives and the study of the effect of sugar additives on the strength and durability of concrete.
