摘要
信号转导及转录激活因子(STAT)家族参与免疫、炎症反应、细胞凋亡、肿瘤发生以及多种细胞生理过程。其中IL-6/JAK/STAT和IL-4/JAK/STAT信号通路在多种恶性肿瘤细胞中被激活,抑制STAT3异常激活成为抗肿瘤药物研发的重要靶标。本文对STAT家族的生物学功能及其与肿瘤的关系,以STAT家族分子为靶点的药物研发的进展作一综述。
The signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)family is involved in immunity,inflammation,apoptosis,oncogenesis,and a variety of cellular physiological processes.The activation of IL-6/JAK/STAT and IL-4/JAK/STAT signaling pathways play an important role in a variety of malignant tumor cells and then the inhibition of abnormal activation of STAT3 has become a key target for the development of anti-tumor drugs.This article reviews the biological functions of the STAT family and their relationship with tumors,as well as the development of some drugs targeting STAT family molecules.
