摘要
食管癌是我国高发肿瘤之一,预后较差,随着医疗水平的发展,食管癌五年生存率有所提升,但给社会带来的经济负担依然较重。经济毒性在国外广泛研究,但在国内处于起步阶段。本文旨从食管癌经济毒性的发生、流行程度、影响因素、应对方式、干预措施方面进行综述,总结并提出减轻食管癌患者经济毒性的对策,为未来经济毒性相关政策的制定提供参考。
Esophageal cancer is one of the high-incidence tumors in China,with poor prognosis.With the development of medical care,the 5-year survival rate of esophageal cancer has improved,but the economic burden it has brought about to the society is still heavy.Financial toxicity has been extensively studied abroad,but it is in initial stage in China.This article aims to review the occurrence,prevalence,influencing factors,coping methods and interventions of financial toxicity,summarize and propose countermeasures to alleviate the financial toxicity of esophageal cancer patients,and provide evidence for the formulation of financial toxicity-related policies in the future.
