摘要
目的 探讨针刺配合面神经功能训练对贝尔面瘫患者的疗效观察。方法 选取上海市宝山区中西医结合医院2018年6月-2022年6月收治的贝尔面瘫患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。两组患者相同药物进行治疗,对照组针刺治疗,观察组针刺配合面神经功能训练,观察并比较两组干预前后的面神经功能以及临床疗效。结果 干预后,观察组面神经功能评分低于对照组,神经功能优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针刺配合面神经功能训练干预可显著改善贝尔面瘫患者面神经功能,提高临床疗效,疗效确切,为患者获取优质预后具有重要意义,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture and facial nerve function training in patients with Bell facial palsy.Methods Eighty cases of the patients with Bell facial paralysis admitted to Shanghai Baoshan District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were all divided into control groups and observation groups.The two groups of patients were given conventional drug treatment,and the control group underwent electroacupuncture treatment.On this basis,the observation group gave acupuncture and facial nerve function training,and the facial nerve function,and clinical efficacy of the two patients before and after the intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the acupuncture and facial nerve training intervention,the score of facial nerve function was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical response rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and facial nerve function training intervention can significantly improve the facial nerve function of Bell's facial paralysis patients,improve the clinical efficacy,and the curative effect is exact.It is of great significance to obtain highquality prognosis for patients,and it is worth applying.
