摘要
目的 对比分析CT影像学技术与X线影像学技术用于临床诊断股骨头坏死的作用及影像学表现。方法 抽选2018年3月-2021年8月本院接诊的股骨头坏死患者82例做研究分析,分别进行CT技术与X线技术诊断,比较两种影像学技术鉴别诊断股骨头坏死患者不同分型的检出率,归纳总结CT与X线影像学具体表现。结果 以临床和MRI影像诊断结果为金标准,82例缺血性股骨头坏死患者中,Ⅰ期患者29例,Ⅱ期患者25例,Ⅲ期患者19例,Ⅳ期患者9例,CT影像技术检出率明显高于X线(P<0.05)。结论 临床诊断股骨头坏死疾病可首选CT技术,因为相比X线诊断,CT技术检出率更高,同时影像清晰、操作简单,值得运用推广。
Objective To compare and analyze effect and imaging manifestations of CT imaging technology and X-ray imaging technology in clinical diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2021 for study and analysis,diagnosed with CT and X-ray techniques respectively.Detection rate of different types femoral head necrosis patients diagnosed by two imaging techniques was compared,specific manifestations of CT and X-ray imaging were summarized.Results With gold standard of clinical and MRI diagnostic results,among 82 patients with ischemic femoral head necrosis,there were 29 stage I patients,25 stageⅡpatients,19 stageⅢpatients,and 9 stageⅣpatients.Detection rate of CT imaging technology was significantly higher than X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusion CT technology can be the first choice for clinical diagnosis of femoral head necrosis,with higher detection rate than X-ray diagnosis,with clear images,simple operation.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
