摘要
目的:探讨微信社群模式在乡镇无偿献血招募中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2021年6月采用常规短信招募方式的采血组为对照组,2021年11月—2022年6月微信群稳定运营期间采用常规短信联合微信群招募方式的采血组为试验组,对比两组日均献血人次及采血效果。结果:两组融安镇日均献血人次比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.225);试验组东泉镇、融水镇日均献血人次高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组初次献血人次、重复献血人次、总献血人次高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:微信社群模式应用于乡镇无偿献血招募,可以提高采血效果,增加采集人次。
Objective:To explore the application effect of WeChat community model in the recruitment of unpaid blood donation in villages and towns.Methods:The blood collection group that used conventional SMS recruitment from November 2020 to June 2021 was selected as the control group,and the blood collection group that used conventional SMS combined WeChat group recruitment during the stable operation of the WeChat group from November 2021 to June 2022 was selected as the experimental group.The average number of daily blood donations and blood collection effect of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the average number of daily blood donations in Rong'an Town between the two groups(P=0.225).The average number of daily blood donations in Dongquan Town and Rongshui Town in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of first-time blood donations,repeated blood donations and total blood donations in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The WeChat community model applied to the recruitment of unpaid blood donation in villages and towns can improve the blood collection effect and increase the number of blood collections.
