摘要
本文对生物检测技术在现代食品检验检测领域的重要价值、生物检测技术的类型以及具体应用进行了综合分析。现代新兴生物检测技术的出现和普及,在食品检验检测领域发挥着重要作用,为进一步确保食品安全问题,应继续强化对生物检测技术的应用和研究,结合当前市场需求投入使用新兴技术,从而全面提升我国食品检验工作质量。
This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the important value of biological detection technology in the field of modern food inspection and testing,the type and specific application of biological detection technology.The emergence and popularization of modern emerging biological detection technology plays an important role in the field of food inspection and detection.In order to further ensure food safety,we should continue to strengthen the application and research of biological detection technology,and put emerging technology into use in combination with the current market demand,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of food inspection work in China.
