热镀铝锌划伤缺陷分析

摘要 划伤缺陷作为热镀铝锌产品常见的表面类缺陷,严重影响了产品的质量和交付。本文对钢厂一段时间以来发生的划伤缺陷进行了微观形貌和能谱元素分析,以判断缺陷产生源头。分析思路是采用工序分离的方法,判断划伤缺陷与后处理涂层、平整凹坑、镀层表面、基板表面的相对位置。结果表明,划伤缺陷可以分为五类:镀前划伤、镀中划伤、镀后平整前划伤、平整后划伤、用户切板过程划伤。同时,根据分析结果,提出了预防划伤缺陷发生的控制措施,主要包括:确认来料表面质量、控制锌渣、减少顶辊凸度、保证出口活套凸辊转动良好、用户弧形板安装精度控制。通过上述措施的实施,划伤缺陷发生率显著降低。 Scratch defects as a common surface defect of hot-dip galvalume coating products,seriously affects the quality and delivery of products.In this paper,defects occurred in the steel plant for a period of time were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy in order to find the cause of the defects.The a-nalysis idea was to use the method of process separation to judge the relative position of scratch defect and posttreatment coating,flat pits,coating surface and substrate surface.Results showed that the causes of scratch defects can be divided into five categories,such as defects occur before hot dip process,defects occur during hot dip process,defects occur between hot dip process and leveling process,defects occur after leveling,and defects occur during plate cutting by consumers.At the same time,The preventive and control meassures of scratch defects are put forward according to the analysis results.It mainly includes confirming the surface quality of incoming materials,controlling Al-Zn slag,reducing crown of top roll,ensuring that the convex roll of outlet looper rotates well,and controlling the installation accuracy of arc plate of consumers.Through the implementation of the above measures,the incidence of scratch defects is significantly reduced.
