摘要
老年性耳聋又被称为年龄相关性听力损失(ARHL),其发病涉及环境因素和遗传因素之间复杂的相互作用。ARHL的基本生物分子机制已有广泛研究,包括膜转运、活性氧、耳蜗突触病变、血管损伤、激素和microRNA等多种因素。这些机制背后的遗传基础仍未得到充分研究和了解。全基因组关联研究的出现使得ARHL中涉及的特定基因组更容易被筛查出来。本综述主要关注了ARHL的病因和发病机制的最新进展,并提出了未来的研究方向和潜在的治疗途径。
Presbycusis,also known as age-related hearing loss(ARHL),involves a complex interaction between environmental and genetic factors.The fundamental biomolecular mechanisms of ARHL have been extensively studied,including the roles of membrane transport,reactive oxygen species,cochlear synaptopathy,vascular insults,hormones and microRNA,etc.The genetic basis underlying these mechanisms is still under-investigated and poorly understood.The advent of genome-wide association studies makes identifying specific genomes involved in ARHL through screening feasible.This review focuses on recent advances in studying the etiology and pathogenesis of ARHL and future research directions and potential therapeutic approaches.
