摘要
某三跨连续刚构桥设计采用悬臂浇筑法施工,悬臂浇筑0号块采用支架现浇,现浇完成后支架上部结构作为挂篮底模。因0号块荷载较大,支架成为施工时的重点。为此本文利用Midas-Civil2017工具对0号块临时支撑结构进行有限元模拟分析,就有限元分析过程中涉及到的模型建立、边界条件施加、荷载施加及施工工况验算等环节进行详细分析,希望更加清晰地展示出0号块在组合工况下的荷载响应情况。
A three span continuous rigid frame bridge was designed using the cantilever pouring method for construction.The cantilever pouring of the 0#block was carried out using a bracket cast-in-place method.After the cast-in-place is completed,the upper structure of the bracket serves as the bottom formwork of the hanging basket.Due to the large load on block 0,the support has become a key focus during construction.Therefore,this article uses the Midas Civil2017 tool to conduct finite element simulation analysis on the temporary support structure of block 0.A detailed analysis is conducted on the model establishment,boundary condition application,load application,and construction condition verification involved in the finite element analysis process.It is hoped that the load response of block 0 under combined working conditions can be more clearly displayed.
