摘要
本文介绍8R22.5 14PR山景区专用全钢无内载重子午线轮胎的设计。模型设计:外直径929 mm,断面宽196 mm,行驶面宽度164 mm,行驶面弧度高4 mm,胎圈着合直径571 mm,胎圈着合宽度150 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.86,胎面花纹采用二节距设计,花纹深度13.5 mm,花纹饱和度77%,采用四条直线花纹沟设计。施工设计:胎冠采用胎面胶和基层胶的两方两块形式,胎体采用3×0.22/9×0.20CCHT钢丝帘线,带束层采用三层带束层+两层零度带束层设计,第一和第二带束层这两层工作层采用2×7×0.30ST钢丝帘线,第三带束层即保护层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,零度带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,主要生产设备有胶囊式三鼓一次法成型机、热板式硫化机等。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明:充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能均符合中国国家标准要求,滚动阻力结果达到欧盟轮胎标签法分级要求的D级,高速性能和静态接地压力分布结果符合企业标准要求。
This paper presents the design of 8R22.514PR mountain scenery special all-steel tubeless load radial tire.Model design:The outer diameter is 929 mm,the section width is 196 mm,the driving surface width is 164 mm,the curvature height of the driving surface is 4 mm,the bead engagement diameter is 571 mm,the bead engagement width is 150 mm,and the horizontal axis position of the section(H1/H2)is 0.86.The tread pattern adopts a two pitch design,with a depth of 13.5 mm and a saturation of 77%.It adopts a four line pattern groove design.Construction design:The tire crown adopts the form of tread rubber and base rubber,and the tire body adopts 3×0.22/9×0.20CCHT steel wire cord,with a three-layer belt layer and two layers of zero degree belt layer design.The working layers of the first and second belt layers adopt 2×7×0.30ST steel cord.The third belt layer,namely the protective layer,adopts 5×0.35HI steel cord.Zero degree banded layer adopts 3×4×0.22HE steel cord.The main production equipment includes capsule type three drum one-time molding machine,hot plate vulcanization machine,etc.The performance test results of finished tires show that the inflation outer edge size,strength performance,and durability performance all meet the requirements of Chinese national standards.The rolling resistance results meet the requirements of Class D of the EU tire labeling method,and the high-speed performance and static ground pressure distribution results meet the requirements of enterprise standards.
