摘要
中国地方猪种是我国宝贵的农业种质资源,关系到我国畜牧业的可持续发展。肉质性状作为生猪生产中重要的经济性状之一,具有重要的研究价值。我国八大地方品种猪之一的陆川猪,其肌内脂肪含量高,肉质细嫩鲜美,是优良的肉质遗传资源。通过从基因的功能、基因多态性以及性状关联性、基因编码区突变、基因的表达这四个方面,分析与陆川猪脂肪沉积、肌肉发育相关的基因,对阐明陆川猪肉质形成的调控机理和陆川猪优良基因资源的开发利用具有着重要意义,并可为猪肉质性状相关基因的研究提供借鉴。
Chinese local pig breeds are valuable agricultural germplasm resources and related to the sustainable development of animal husbandry in China.As one of the important economic traits in pig production,meat quality traits have meaningful research value.Luchuan pig is one of the famous eight local breeds of pigs in China.It has preeminent meat quality with high content of intramuscular fat and tender and delicious pork.Luchuan pig is an excellent genetic resource bank of high meat quality.The genes related to fat deposition and muscle development of Luchuan pigs were summarized from four aspects:gene function,gene polymorphism and trait correlation,gene coding region mutation and gene expression.The reviewis of great significance to clarify the regulation mechanism of Luchuan pig meat quality formation and utilization of its excellent gene resources.It provides a reference for studying relationship between genes and meat quality traits,and prospects to the research ideas of meat quality genes in the future.
