摘要
本文针对CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道施工过程中易出现的底座限位凹槽裂纹、伸缩缝破损和轨道板上浮量过大等问题,提出了相应施工工艺创新解决方法:(1)为减少底座限位凹槽边角裂缝并保持限位凹槽外观质量,设计了含倒角的限位凹槽定型模具并在凹槽边角处加设了防裂钢筋网;(2)为保证底座伸缩缝的施工质量,重新设计了伸缩缝横隔模板,优化了底座伸缩缝施工工艺;(3)为防止自密实混凝土灌注过程中漏浆并控制轨道板上浮量,改进了轨道板压杠结构。通过以上技术改造,提升了底座施工质量,优化了施工工序,保证了轨道板铺设的整体质量。
In view of the problems that tend to occur during laying CRTSⅢslab ballastless track,such as cracks in the position-limiting trough of the base,damage to the expansion joints,and excessive floating amount of the track slab,some innovative solutions to the corresponding construction technology are proposed in this paper,including:(1)In order to reduce the cracks at the corners of the position-limiting trough of the base and maintain the appearance quality of the position-limiting trough,a shaping mold with chamfer is designed for position-limiting trough and an anticrack reinforcement mesh is added at the corners of the trough.(2)In order to ensure the construction quality of the base expansion joint,the diaphragm formwork of the expansion joint is redesigned and the construction technology of the base expansion joint is optimized.(3)In order to prevent slurry leakage during self-compacting concrete pouring and control the floating amount of the track slab,the structure of the pressure bar of the track slab is improved.With the above technical improvement,the work quality of the base is improved,the workflow is optimized,and the overall quality of track slab laying is ensured.
