资源枯竭型城市转型背景下矿业遗产旅游游憩价值评价——以黄石国家矿山公园为例 被引量:6

摘要 科学评价矿业遗产旅游游憩价值是促进资源枯竭型城市绿色转型的重要途径,对助力矿业遗产旅游的生态保护与可持续发展具有科学参考与实践意义。本文选取黄石国家矿山公园为案例地,运用ITCM和CVM模型开展矿山公园矿业遗产旅游游憩价值评价综合研究。研究结果表明:(1)矿山公园游憩价值中,使用价值为1.464×108元,非使用价值为6.155×106元,使用价值是非使用价值的23.79倍,造成使用价值与非使用价值差异较大的主要原因是游客对矿业遗产旅游资源缺乏充分认知,虽支付意愿较强烈,但人均支付金额较少。(2)从使用价值看,实际旅行费用与旅行次数呈负相关关系,与游憩需求理论预期一致。旅游者出游成本小于旅游消费者剩余,说明景区尚未实现矿业遗产旅游资源开发潜力最大化,还需合理规划,深度开发。(3)从非使用价值看,黄石国家矿山公园非使用价值量位于低水平,其中遗产价值高于选择价值,高于存在价值。(4)针对使用价值与非使用价值评价结果提出相应对策建议。 Scientific evaluation of mining heritage tourism recreation value is an important way to promote the green transformation of resource-depleted cities,and has scientific reference and practical value to help the ecological protection and sustainable development of mining heritage tourism.In this paper,Huangshi National Mine Park is selected as a case study,and the ITCM and CVM models are used to conduct a comprehensive study on the evaluation of mining heritage tourism recreation value in mine parks.The research results show as follows.(1)the use value of the mine park recreation value is 1.464×108 yuan(RMB),which is 23.79 times of the non-use value 6.155×106 yuan(RMB).The main reason for the large difference between the use value and the non-use value is the lack of full awareness of tourists.Although the willingness to pay is stronger,the per capita payment amount is less.(2)In terms of use value,the actual travel cost is negatively correlated with the number of trips,which is consistent with the expectation of recreation demand theory.The per capita travel cost of tourists is less than the travel consumer surplus,indicating that the scenic spot has not yet realized the maximum potential of mining heritage tourism resources development,both reasonable planning and in-depth development are still needed.(3)In terms of non-use value,the amount of non-use value of Huangshi National Mine Park is located at a low level,where heritage value is higher than selection value and existence value.(4)The corresponding countermeasures are suggested for the evaluation results of use value and non-use value.
