冶炼全流程对转子钢中夹杂物的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过对转子钢的冶炼过程取样,采用X射线荧光光谱分析仪、扫描电镜和金相显微镜研究精炼渣成分对夹杂物的影响,研究夹杂物类型、成分、数量密度、尺寸和氧含量变化。结果表明,精炼渣碱度增加,渣中MgO、Al_(2)O_(3)含量降低。精炼脱氧后夹杂物主要为粒径较大的复合夹杂物Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO-SiO_(2),软吹后夹杂物直径增大,复合夹杂物中均存在MgO融解现象。中包开浇后,所有夹杂物数量密度、夹杂物总数量密度均降低;夹杂物平均氧含量相近,比软吹前低1%~3%。 By sampling from smelting process of rotor steel,the effect of refining slag composition on the inclusions,and the type,composition,number density,size and oxygen content variation of the refining slag is studied through X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy analyzer,scanning electron microscope,and metallographic microscope.The results shows increase of alkalinity and decrease of MgO and Al_(2)O_(3) content in the refining slag.The inclusions after refining and deoxidation are mainly composed of the large sized composite inclusion Al2O3-CaO-MgO-SiO_(2),and after soft blowing,the diameter of the inclusions increases,and MgO melting phenomenon exists in all composite inclusions.After opening of the pony ladle,the number density of inclusions with all particle sizes and the total number density of inclusions decreases simultaneously;The average oxygen content of the inclusions is similar,with an amount of 1%~3%lower than before soft blowing.
