摘要
针对索穹顶结构缺乏有效的基于结构性能的优化设计理论现状,文中从可靠性角度出发,首先提出基于索穹顶结构非线性特性的结构可靠度量化评价方法,并结合Geiger型索穹顶结构模型,分析构件截面对结构可靠度的影响规律;在此基础上,采用遗传算法,在不增加结构质量的前提下探索基于结构可靠性的截面优化设计方法;然后基于提高结构冗余度的优化理念,提出一种布索优化方案;最后进一步对新布索方案下的索穹顶结构进行截面优化设计,寻求可靠性能最优的结构形式和质量布置。研究发现,不同类型杆件截面变化对结构可靠度呈不同的影响规律;在控制结构质量不增加前提下,截面优化使结构可靠度由0.728 123提高到0.891 355,优化率为22.4%;布索优化方案使结构可靠度由0.728 123提高至0.862 487,优化率为18.5%,在此基础上进一步优化截面,则结构整体可靠度由0.862 487进一步提高至0.997 676,优化率为15.7%。因此文中基于可靠性的索穹顶结构非线性可靠度评价方法及截面优化和布索优化设计具有良好的理论研究和工程应用价值。
In view of the lack of effective optimization design theory based on structural performance for cable dome structures,a quantitative evaluation method of structural reliability based on nonlinear characteristics of cable domes from the perspective of reliability was proposed,and the influence law of element cross section on structural reliability was analyzed through a Geiger-type cable dome structure model.On this basis,genetic algorithm was used to explore the section optimization design method based on structural reliability without increasing the structural quality.Following this,a cable layout optimization scheme was proposed based on the optimization concept that aims to enhance structural redundancy.Finally,the section optimization design of the cable dome structure under the new cable layout scheme was performed to identify the structural form and quality layout with the most reliable performance.The research revealed that the variations of cross sections of different types of elements had generated different effects on structural reliability.The structural reliability was enhanced from 0.728123 to 0.891355 with an optimization rate of 22.4%on the condition that the structural quality should not be increased.Meantime,the structural reliability was improved from 0.728123 to 0.862487 with an optimization rate of 18.5%with the cable layout optimization scheme.The further optimization of the section was performed on the aforementioned basis,and the overall structural reliability was further improved from 0.862487 to 0.997676 with an optimization rate of 15.7%.Therefore,the reliability-based nonlinear reliability evaluation method,section optimization and cable layout optimization design of cable dome structure proposed in this paper had significant theoretical research and engineering application value.
