中小学班主任职业倦怠与抑郁的关系:情绪劳动的调节作用 被引量:6

Relationship between job burnout and depression of head teachers in primary and secondary schools:The regulatory role of emotional labor

摘要 目的:探讨中小学班主任职业倦怠、抑郁及情绪劳动之间的关系。方法:以403名中小学班主任为被试,采用教师情绪劳动量表、中小学教师职业倦怠问卷及自评抑郁量表进行测试。结果:(1)中小学班主任职业倦怠与抑郁呈显著正相关(r=0.693,P<0.01);职业倦怠与情绪劳动知觉、自然行为、深层行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.191,-0.135,-0.240;P<0.01),与表层行为呈显著正相关(r=0.258,P<0.01);抑郁与情绪劳动知觉、深层行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.187,-0.174;P<0.01),与表层行为呈显著正相关(r=0.274,P<0.01);(2)中小学班主任职业倦怠与情绪劳动3个维度的交互项均对抑郁的回归效果达到显著水平(β=5.32,-3.99,-4.81;P<0.001),中小学班主任职业倦怠与情绪劳动3个维度的交互项均对抑郁有显著的预测作用(F=48.05,56.47,52.79;P<0.001)。结论:中小学班主任职业倦怠对抑郁具有显著的正向影响作用,情绪劳动中的表层行为、自然行为和深层行为在职业倦怠与抑郁之间起调节作用。 Objective:To explore the relationship among job burnout,depression and emotional labor of head teachers in primary and secondary schools.Methods:A total of 403 head teachers in primary and secondary schools were tested with Teacher's Emotional Labor Scale,Occupational Burnout Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Teachers,and Self rating Depression Scale.Results:①There was a significantly positive correlation between job burnout and depression among head teachers in primary and secondary schools(r=0.693,P<0.01);Job burnout was negatively correlated with emotional labor perception,natural behavior and deep behavior(r=-0.191,-0.135,-0.240;P<0.01),and positively correlated with surface behavior(r=0.258,P<0.01);Depression was negatively correlated with emotional labor perception and deep behavior(r=-0.187,-0.174;P<0.01),and positively correlated with surface behavior(r=0.274,P<0.01);②The interaction of the three dimensions of job burnout and emotional labor of the head teachers in primary and secondary schools has a significant regression effect on depression(β=5.32,-3.99,-4.81;P<0.001),the interaction of the three dimensions of job burnout and emotional labor of the head teachers in primary and secondary schools had a significant predictive effect on depression(F=48.05,56.47,52.79;P<0.001).Conclusion:The job burnout of head teachers in primary and secondary schools has a significantly positive effect on depression.The surface behavior,natural behavior and deep behavior in emotionallabor play a regulatory role between job burnout and depression.
