摘要
目的了解某医院住院患者注射用质子泵抑制剂的使用情况,评价临床使用的合理性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析法,随机抽取某医院2021年7月-12月使用注射用质子泵抑制剂的病历449份,对质子泵抑制剂的预防使用指征、用药适应证、用法用量、疗程、药物相互作用等情况进行评价分析。结果该院注射用质子泵抑制剂预防性使用占比88.64%,不合理率为61.31%;治疗性用药占11.36%,不合理率为49.02%。用药不合理主要包括超适应证用药和缺乏预防用药的高危因素,占42.09%;用法用量、用药疗程和相互作用不合理占比分别为2.00%、13.14%和7.13%。结论该院注射用质子泵抑制剂使用不合理率较高,需尽快建立临床合理使用的评判标准,促进临床注射用质子泵抑制剂的合理使用。
Objective To investigate the way proton pump inhibitors for injection were used among inpatients in a military hospital and evaluate the rationality so as to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 449 medical records of inpatients who had used proton pump inhibitors for injection between July 2021 and December 2021 were randomly retrieved and retrospectively analyzed.The indications for prevention,indications of medications,usage and dosage,course of treatment and drug interactions of proton pump inhibitors were assessed and analyzed.Results 88.64%of the proton pump inhibitors for injection were used for prevention and the rate of irrational use was 61.31%.11.36%of them were used for treatment,and the rate of irrational use was 49.02%.The major types of irrational drug use were off-label prescriptions and the lack of preventive medications for high risk factors,accounting for 42.09%.The percentages of improper usage and dosages,courses of treatment and interactions were 2.00%,13.14%and 7.13%respectively.Conclusion The irrational use rate of proton pump inhibitors for injection in this hospital is high.Evaluation criteria for clinical use should be established as soon as possible to promote the rational use of proton pump inhibitors for clinical injection.
