摘要
为揭示北盘江流域植物叶片、根系和土壤的有机C、全N和全P含量及生态化学计量特征,选择合欢(Albizia julibrissin)和盐肤木(Rhus chinensis)两种优势灌木,测定合欢和盐肤木叶片、根系及土壤有机C、全N和全P含量,分析研究区植物养分含量、化学计量特征和生存策略。结果表明,两种植物叶片有机C、全N和全P含量均高于根系。合欢叶片有机C、全N和全P含量均高于盐肤木,根系相反。盐肤木叶片C/N、C/P均大于合欢,N/P相反。合欢根系C/N高于盐肤木,C/P、N/P相反。两种植物叶片和根系均受N限制。两种植物各土层有机C、全N和全P含量均随土层深度增加而降低,盐肤木土壤有机C、全N和全P含量均高于合欢,盐肤木土壤C/N、C/P均大于合欢。该区植物土壤养分含量受N限制,应着重提高土壤中的N含量,有针对性地对当地植被进行恢复,改善北盘江流域的生态环境。
In order to reveal contents of organic C,total N,total P and ecological stoichiometric characteristics in plant leaves,roots and soils in Beipanjiang river basin,two dominant shrubs,Albizia julibrissin and Rhus chi⁃nensis,were selected to determine contents of organic C,total N and total P in leaves,roots and soils and nutri⁃ent contents,stoichiometric characteristics and survival strategies of plants were analyzed.Results showed that contents of organic C,total N,total P in leaves were higher than those in roots.Contents of organic C,total N,to⁃tal P in leaves of A.julibrissin were higher than those in leaves of R.chinensis,while contents in roots were oppo⁃site.Leaf C/N and C/P of R.chinensis were higher than those of A.julibrissin,and N/P was opposite.Root C/N of A.julibrissin was higher than that of R.chinensis,while C/P and N/P were opposite.Leaves and roots of two plants were restricted by N.Contents of organic C,total N,total P in soil decreased with increase of soil layer,and contents of organic C,total N,total P of R.chinensis soils were higher than those of A.julibrissin soils.C/N and C/P of R.chinensis soils were higher than those of A.julibrissin soils.Soil nutrient contents in this area were mainly restricted by N.It was necessary to increase N content in soil to restore local vegetation and improve eco⁃logical environment of Beipanjiang river basin.
