运动世界校园APP对中医院校大学生身心健康、睡眠质量和拖延行为的影响研究 被引量:2

Effects of Sports World Campus APP on Physical and Mental Health,Sleep Quality and Procrastination Behavior of College Students of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的:在“全民健身”和“教育信息化”的时代背景下,探究运动世界校园APP对中医院校大学生身心健康、睡眠质量和拖延行为的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,选取北京中医药大学和福建中医药大学200名大学生作为受试者,进行4个月的运动干预。结果:(1)运动世界校园APP能够提升大学生的肺活量,对男生的1000米和女生的800米、坐位体前屈及立定跳远成绩均有提升效果,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)运动世界校园APP能够提升大学生的健康素养,特别是基本知识与理念和健康生活方式维度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001);(3)运动世界校园APP能够提升大学生的锻炼态度,特别是大学生的行为态度、行为习惯和情感体验维度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)运动世界校园APP能够改善大学生的负性情绪,降低大学生的抑郁和焦虑,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001);(5)运动世界校园APP能够改善大学生的睡眠质量,提升睡眠时间和睡眠效率,降低睡眠障碍,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(6)运动世界校园APP能够提升大学生的平衡能力并改善大学生的拖延行为,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动世界校园APP能够有效提升大学生的心肺耐力和健康素养,改善锻炼态度和睡眠质量,提升心理健康和平衡能力,降低大学生的拖延行为。 Objective:To explore the effects of sports World Campus APP on physical and mental health,sleep quality and procrastination behavior of college students of Traditional Chinese medicine under the background of"national fitness"and"education informatization".Methods:200 students from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects to exercise intervention for 4 months by questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.Results:(1)sports world campus APP can improve the vital capacity of college students,and improve the performance of boys and girls in 1000m,800m,sitting forward and standing long jump,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(2)Sports World Campus APP can improve the health literacy of college students,especially the basic knowledge and concept and healthy lifestyle dimension,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);(3)Sports World Campus APP can improve the attitude of college students to exercise,especially the behavioral attitude,behavioral habits and emotional experience of college students,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)Sports World Campus APP can improve the negative emotions of college students,reduce the depression and anxiety of college students,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);(5)Sports World Campus APP can improve the sleep quality of college students,improve sleep time and sleep efficiency,and reduce sleep disorders,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(6)Sports World Campus APP can improve college students'balance ability and improve their procrastination behavior,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sports World Campus APP can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary endurance and health literacy of college students,improve exercise attitude and sleep quality,improve mental health and balance ability,and reduce procrastination behavior of college students.
