摘要
以球形Zn-Al-Mg-Ce四元合金粉为原料,采用湿法球磨制备鳞片状Zn-Al-Mg-Ce合金,研究了三乙醇胺为助磨剂下球磨级配,球磨时间,球磨转速对片状粉体微观形貌的影响以及不同助磨剂对产品比表面积,粒径分布,水面遮盖率的影响。在最佳球磨条件下制备了鳞片状的Zn-Al,Zn-Al-Mg合金粉,测定了三种片状合金粉用于达克罗涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:磨球级配为C组,500 r/min下球磨9 h时粉体片状化程度较好。不同助磨剂所得产品的参数表明使用三乙醇胺和聚乙二醇为助磨剂,均能获得片状化程度好,粒径适当,且光亮度高的鳞片状合金粉。中性盐雾试验表明含Zn-Al-Mg-Ce片状合金粉涂层耐腐蚀性明显表现出高于其他两种,由Tafel曲线计算的腐蚀电流小于其他两者,证实了以其为涂层基体具有较优的耐腐蚀能力。
Flaked Zn-Al-Mg-Ce alloys were prepared by wet ball-milling using spherical alloy powder as raw materials.By using triethanolamine(TEA)as grinding additive,the effects of milling ball combination,milling time and speed on the microscopic morphologies of flaked alloys were investigated,as well as the effects of kind of milling additives on specific area,particle size distribution and surface coverage ratio of products.Flaked Zn-Al and Zn-Al-Mg alloys were also prepared under optimal grinding conditions,and their anti-corrosive performances of chromium-free Dacromet coating were estimated.The experimental results show that the alloy exhibits better flaking status using milling-ball combination of group C at a grinding speed of 500 r/min for 9 hrs.The parameters of various products indicate that flaked alloy with good flaking status,desired particle size and good brightness can be obtained using TEA and polyethylene glycol as grinding additives.The results of neutral salt spray tests show that a coating containing flaked Zn-Al-Mg-Ce alloy exhibits the best anti-corrosive performance among three alloys,it is also confirmed by the lowest corrosion current derived from Tafel curves.
