摘要
作为一种有毒有害的废物,若不能对污泥进行妥善处理则将会形成较为严重的二次污染。如通过焚烧污泥所产生的臭气,在破坏生态环境的同时也将会影响到人们的身体健康。针对污泥焚烧过程中所产生的臭气,需要设计出一套完善的处置系统,从而将污泥焚烧所带来的不良影响降低。基于污泥焚烧项目展开了对臭气处置设备设计要点的探索,包括安装运行条件、工程设计参数以及化学洗涤除臭设备组成部件及处理形式。
As a kind of toxic and harmful waste,if the sludge cannot be properly treated,it will form serious secondary pollution.For example,the odor generated by burning sludge will not only damage the ecological environment,but also affect people's health.For the odor generated during sludge incineration,it is necessary to design a complete disposal system to minimize the adverse effects of sludge incineration.Based on the sludge incineration project,this paper explores the design points of odor treatment equipment,including installation and operation conditions,engineering design parameters,components and treatment forms of chemical washing and deodorization equipment,hoping to provide some help for workers in the same industry.
