摘要
进度管理属于建筑工程管理中极其关键的一环,通过采取全过程动态控制方式,能取得更好的进度管理效果。在具体实施进度管理工作时,需将全过程动态控制应用到每一进度管控流程中,在确保每项施工活动有序开展的基础上保障施工质量,防止由于项目进度延迟而使得建筑工程不能按期验收。因此,详细分析了全过程动态进度控制措施,探究了会对工程进度带来干扰的常见要素,以期可供类似的工程项目参考。
Progress management is an extreme1y crucia1 part of construction project management,and better progress management,results can be achieved by adopting a dynamic control approach throughout,the entire process.When implementing progress management,work it is necessary to apply dynamic control throughout,the entire process to each progress control process ensuring the orderly progress of each construction activity while ensuring construction quality and preventing construction projects from not.being accepted on schedule due to project,schedule delays.Therefore a detailed analysis was conducted on the dynamic progress control measures throughout,the entire process exploring common factors that,can cause interference to the project,schedule in order to provide reference for similar engineering projects.
