摘要
当前我国医疗器械行业发展迅速,医用电气设备的广泛应用给医疗机构电磁兼容环境带来了新的考验,国家也制定了强制性行业标准YY0505-2012《医用电气设备第1-2部分:安全通用要求并列标准:电磁兼容要求和试验》以及YY 9706.102-2021《医用电气设备第1-2部分:基本安全和基本性能的通用要求并列标准:电磁兼容要求和试验》。在国家出台强制性标准的背景下,我国的医疗器械生产商对医用电气设备的电磁兼容性能指标也越来越重视。我国境内网电源为频率50Hz的交流电,当存在电磁干扰时,网电源会被污染,供电线路就会成为干扰“导体”,将干扰信号传递给医用电气设备和其他供电线路上的设备,从而使相关设备受到干扰不能正常工作甚至造成设备的损坏。因此应当采取措施对供电线路的干扰进行抑制,保证医用电气设备能够正常工作。目前抑制供电线路干扰最为常用的方法是安装滤波器。基于此,文章从两方面阐述滤波器的应用,一是如何利用滤波器去除外界对医用电气设备的电磁干扰;二是如何利用滤波器抑制医用电气设备对外的传导发射干扰。
At present,China’s medical device industry is developing rapidly,and the wide application of medical electrical equipment has brought a new test to the electromagnetic compatibility environment of medical institutions.China has also formulated the mandatory industry standard YY 0505-2012 medical electrical equipment Part 1-2:General safety requirements parallel standards:electromagnetic compatibility requirements and tests and YY 9706.102-2021 medical electrical equipment Part 1-2:General requirements for basic safety and basic performance parallel standards:electromagnetic compatibility requirements and tests.Under the background of national mandatory standards,China’s medical device manufacturers pay more and more attention to the electromagnetic compatibility performance index of medical electrical equipment.The power supply in China is AC with frequency of 50Hz.When there is electromagnetic interference,the power supply will be polluted,and the power supply line will become the interference"conductor",transmitting the interference signal to the medical electrical equipment and other equipment on the power supply line,so that the relevant equipment can not work normally or even cause damage to the equipment.Therefore,measures should be taken to suppress the interference of power supply lines to ensure the normal operation of medical electrical equipment.At present,the most common method to suppress the interference of power supply lines is to install filters.This paper will explain the application of the filter from two aspects:One is how to use the filter to remove the external electromagnetic interference to medical electrical equipment;The second is how to use the filter to suppress the external conducted emission interference of medical electrical equipment.
