摘要
冷胁迫是甘蓝型油菜种植推广的主要限制性因素之一,通过近缘种间杂交和轮回选择可丰富甘蓝型油菜的遗传背景与种质资源创新,近几年创制的强抗寒甘蓝型油菜已实现从北纬35°20'的适宜种植区域北移扩展至陕西洛川(北纬35°46')、甘肃兰州上川(北纬36°03')、山西临汾(北纬36°20')和河北石家庄(北纬38°00')等区域的种植。甘蓝型油菜抗寒理论研究表明:强抗寒甘蓝型油菜形态特征表现为半直立或匍匐生长、叶色较深或呈紫红色、根系较为发达等,这主要与强抗寒甘蓝型油菜的渗透物质和抗氧化酶活性积累有关,进而达到保护细胞和减少ROS信号积累的作用。研究证明甘蓝型油菜组织细胞中NADPH酶介导产生的ROS在调控甘蓝型油菜生长发育及冷胁迫应激响应过程中扮演着重要的角色。为此甘蓝型油菜种质资源创新和抗寒机理研究是甘蓝型冬油菜“北移西扩”的重要技术保障,也是中国西北冬油菜产业发展的关键。
Cold stress is one of the main limiting factors for the cultivation and promotion of Brassica napus.Genetic background and germplasm resources innovation of B.napus can be enriched through interspecific hybridization and recurrent selection.In recent years,the strong cold-resistant B.napus has been planted in the regions of Luochuan(36°03'N),Shangchuan of Lanzhou(36°03'N),Linfen(36°20'N)and Shijiazhuang(38°00'N).The study on the cold-resistance theory of B.napus showed that the morphological characteristics of strong cold-resistant B.napus were semi-erect or prostrate growth,deep or purplish red leaves,and well-developed roots.This is mainly related to the accumulation of osmotic substances and antioxidant enzyme activities,which can protect cells and reduce the accumulation of ROS.And the results showed that NADPH enzyme-mediated ROS plays an important role in regulating the growth and development of B.napus and the response to cold stress.Therefore,the innovation of B.napus germplasm resources and the study of cold-resistant mechanism are the important technical guarantee for the"northward-moving and westward-expanding"of B.napus,and also the key to the development of the winter rape industry in northwest China.
