摘要
为了提升硬岩破碎效果,提高爆破质量,指出了间隔装药在露天爆破中的优势:降低整体单耗,提高破碎块度的均匀性,解决了软弱夹层中的爆破大块问题和根底问题。分析了间隔装药在某项目爆破施工中的应用情况,结果表明,此方法每个孔间隔高度至少3 m,单孔节约药量约27~40 kg,降低爆破单耗约8~10 g/m^(3),破碎块度更加均匀,有效解决了爆破拉底及软夹层问题,简单易操作,可在矿山深孔爆破中推广应用。
In order to improve the effect of hard rock crushing and blasting quality,the study points out the advantages of spaced loading in surface blasting:the reduction of overall unit consumption,improvement of homogeneity of crushing lumpiness,and the solution of blasting chunk and foundation in soft rock strata.Then the study analyzes the application of spaced loading in blast construction in a project.The results show that in the method,interval height of each hole is at least 3 m,dosage saved by single hole is about 27~40 kg,blasting unit consumption reduced by about 8~10 g/m^(3),and crushing lumpiness is more homogeneous.So the method effectively solves the problems of blasting drawing bottom and soft sandwich.It can be easily operated,and can be widely applied in deep hole blasting of the mine.
