摘要
实现城乡融合发展是破除我国城乡发展困境的关键,数字经济有利于促进城乡融合发展。将数字经济与城乡融合纳入统一系统,构建“数字经济—城乡融合发展系统”的耦合协调度与障碍度模型,探讨耦合发展的不同耦合路径及其影响因素,在此基础上基于阶段识别、问题探析与对策梳理等视角,探讨数字经济促进城乡融合发展的优化路径。研究结果表明:我国数字经济的整体发展进度弱于城乡融合发展,但前者发展增长速度明显快于后者,且二者之间差距不断缩小;数字经济与城乡融合发展之间具有显著的关联性,但并未达到耦合协调状态,难以通过数字经济的带动作用促进城乡融合发展;不同时间、不同地区间抑制数字经济促进城乡融合发展的主要障碍表现明显且不断变化,共同构成不断演进的耦合系统。
The key to solving China’s urban-rural development dilemma is to achieve integrated urban-rural development,which can be facilitated by the digital economy.The present paper incorporates the digital economy and urban-rural integration into a unified system,constructs a coupling coordination and obstacle model for the“digital economy and urban-rural integration development system”,and explores the different coupling paths and influencing factors of coupling development.In addition,it examines the optimal path of how the digital economy enhances the integrated urban-rural development by identifying stages,analyzing problems and sorting countermeasure.The results show that compared with the development of urban-rural integration,the overall development of the digital economy is slower,but significantly faster,and their gap is narrowing.They are remarkably correlated,but not coupled and coordinated,making it difficult to promote urban-rural integration through the driving force of digital economy.The main barriers are evident and changing over time across regions,together forming an evolving coupled system.
